WE HAVE AN EXCHANGE ONLY POLICY. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON SALE ITEMS ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS. Please read below on how to process an exchange.

For A Complete And Successful Exchange: All Exchanges Must Be Mailed. Please Email Us at camillacouturereturns@gmail.com for complete exchange instructions And In the Subject Line Put: EXCHANGE or DAMAGED and a detailed description of the issue. 

NO REFUNDS

NO REFUNDS:  Exchanges can be made for UNWORN & UNUSED Accessories and clothing within (3) days after you've received the item. Any inquiries about exchanges/issues more than 3 days after delivery will not be considered for exchanges. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS to this. 

ITEMS WITH TAGS OR LABELS REMOVED WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE. If we receive an item that has had any of the tags or labels removed, we will not honor any exchanges. You will be responsible for postage for sending items back to you that have had the tags or labels removed. We suggest that you try items on before removing any labels. Exchanges will not be considered on any items that are received back to us with any stains or damage, so we suggest that you do not try on any items while wearing makeup or heavy amounts of deodorant.


LASH EXCHANGES

No exchanges on lash purchases, unless you have received a damaged or defective lash. In the event you receive a defective lash, you will be eligible to exchange the lash for the same style. Lashes can not be worn or have glue applied. Worn or used lashes will not be considered damaged, and are not eligible for exchange. Damage, caused to lashes by applying, wearing, or cleaning,  is not covered for replacement
